Dr. Katina Carter Veterinarian/Owner I am a North Jersey transplant who moved to this area after graduating from Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!) with my husband in 2006. Prior to receiving my DVM, I worked as a veterinary technician while studying animal science at Rutgers University (Go Scarlet Knights!). I have practiced in this area for over 10 years and have enjoyed developing lasting friendships with my patients and their humans! Our house is filled to the brim with 1 daughter, 3 dogs, 3 cats, 1 bearded dragon, 4 hermit crabs, 1 male beta fish named Arielle, and the other veterinarian on staff! When I get a free moment, I like to ride 4-wheelers, scrapbook, and read.

Dr. Bill Carter Veterinarian/Owner Before graduating from OSU (Go Pokes!), I received my undergraduate degree in biology from Delaware Valley University in Pennsylvania. I grew up in Hamilton, NJ and worked as the third generation veterinarian at my family’s practice in Mercerville until we opened our own practice in 2013. I have always had a special interest in surgery and have enjoyed being able to make that my focus here at Animal Care of New Egypt. I spend my free time fishing, hiking, and riding my dirt bike.
Dr. Robin Losso
Relief Veterinarian
After graduating from Montclair State with a business/Marketing degree, I had a change of heart and decided to follow my true passion…working with animals. I began working as a veterinary Technician and went back to school. I graduated from Mississippi State University, college of veterinary medicine in 1996. Following graduation, I gained training in veterinary acupuncture as well. I’ve lived in New Jersey all my life. My passions are riding and the beach. My husband, two children and I live on our small farm with our two horses, one cat, one guinea pig, and our coonhound “Charlene”.

Nancy Napoleon
Practice Manager/Reception
I have been in the veterinary field for over 15 years as a receptionist, technician, kennel manager, and now as practice manager of Animal Care of New Egypt! I have recently received my Animal Psychology Certification so I may help our clients with behavior tips and tricks. I was born and raised in this area and graduated from Northern Burlington High School. I am owned by my big pup Buford, little lady Daisy, and my 3 kitties, Jack Sparrow and Miss Kitty. When I’m at home I enjoy reading and spending time with my family. I look forward to seeing old friends and meeting new 4-legged members of your family!
Jennifer Wojcik
Veterinarian Technician/Nurse
I have been a veterinary nurse since 2006. While working, I studied at Rider University and received my bachelors degree in 2014. I love caring for all of the animals I meet, but kitties will always hold a special place in my heart. My current roommate is an adorable little bunny named Kamari. If I’m not at work you can probably find me at the beach, surfing.
Kiley Mabin
Veterinary Technician/Nurse
I am currently an undergraduate student at Stockton University, majoring in Biology. After graduation, I plan on attending vet school to become a small-animal veterinarian. I also run a club at Stockton devoted to volunteering at local animal shelters, farms, and rescues while educating people on what we can do individually to lend a helping hand. Outside of school and work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching movies, traveling, and most importantly spoiling my toy poodle Noel! I look forward to meeting you and your fur baby and welcoming them into our Animal Care of New Egypt family!

I have been here since mid 2014 after staging a “sit in” in front of Dr. Carter’s car one night. My duties are slightly more behind the scenes than my feline colleague. Most days I can be found clearing the top shelves in the pharmacy or hiding in the food closet sampling for quality control. My hobbies include keeping Dr. Carter’s chair warm and napping in my Kitty Kube.

Patient liaison
I have been with AC of NE since early 2014. I have made it my job to be involved in anything that goes on here. While checking in for your appointment, I will perform a preliminary exam which includes an evaluation of your pet’s tolerance for cats, client lap test, and handbag inspection. During the doctor’s exam, I may play “peek-a-boo paw” under the door to distract a nervous patient. When your appointment is over, I will meet you on the front counter to assist you with check writing, receipt signing, and future appointment scheduling as I sprawl across the calendar. In my spare time, I enjoy sunning myself on the front window sill and hiding my toys under the scale.

I joined the team in 2016. My main job here is towel warming for hospitalized and surgical patients but I’ve also recently taken on the task of post op observation. I have found that peeking in on patients in the recovery ward has been a helpful distraction to nervous patients who are waking from surgery or waiting for their rides. When you can’t be there, I will! When I’m not on duty I like to spend my time eating
